I 'm a Clark Griswald type. Obsessively searching for the elusive perfect family vacation. We've been coming to Florida every year since the 80's from Nashville. This resort is ideal for families. I love it ! Each unit is individually owned, ours had everything you could ever want at a beach house. Beach chairs? got em' Beach umbrella? got it. Sand toys, pool "noodles", floats, boogie boards? Got em', got em',got em' ! Even 2 full size "touring style" bikes!

Great location to use as a base if you are travelling around this side of Florida. We stayed in a clean, well maintained apartment that had all the facilities you would expect. Pool area and grounds were well presented and the beach just over the road. Lots of places locally to eat including an excellent resturant next door.Very friendly staff in the office who were happy to advise on local attractions, best shopping etc.

Booked a week from local swedish agency (sembo), very good price. This is a very nice resort. Free internet (fast) is alway a plus. A very good place in a very nice neighbourhood.

The beach goes on for miles. Out of this world sunsets. Just walk across the street and down a short path, sit on the beach and enjoy the sunset. I've never seen a better sunset than on that stretch of the Gulf. The rooms at this hotel are spacious. It was more of a small suite. The entire "suite" was immaculate. The price was very reasonable for all you get. There is also a pool and laundry room on the premises. It's right on Gulf Boulevard, which is home to all the action in that area from Clearwater to St. Petersburg and beyond.

Count us in as satisfied customers... the one bedroom condo was clean, well appointed and appropriately laid out with a view of the pool. The Suncoast trolley stops out front, the 7-11 is a short walk for those little things you forgot to get and this particular area is far enough away from the insane madness that is Clearwater Beach but not so far that you feel remote. We will definitely be back.
